Job Summary

The Service Technician is a critical role in our organization, responsible for operating a company service truck and providing top-notch service to our customers. This position requires a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient route management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers on-site to ensure their needs are met.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust routes as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
