Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team at Southwest Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing loan files, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with Federal regulations and Credit Policy Guidelines.

Key Tasks:

  • Prepare loan files for submission to funding.
  • Review and verify accuracy of loan documents.

  • Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and Credit Policy Guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as the situation dictates.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
