Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain or have a real estate salesperson license
  • Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Utilize social media networking tools and our myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform
  • Make prospecting calls, work open houses, and follow up with company-generated leads
  • Learn scripts and presentations, and use company marketing materials to build business
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline
