Job Title: Warehouse Manager, Operations

Quixote Studios LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager, Operations to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials, parts, and production supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, parts, and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
  • Experience with production supply rentals and preparing equipment for delivery or pickup.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software such as Manager Plus, Rental Works.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $81,000 - $95,000 annually.
