Job Description
We are looking for a registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting to fill this role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and TQM/CQI training. The primary responsibilities of this position include generating and presenting reports on healthcare processes and patient outcomes, coordinating performance improvement activities, and facilitating sentinel event investigations and root cause analysis activities. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to educate staff and physicians regarding performance improvement processes/initiatives and patient safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
# Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or related healthcare degree
# Bachelor's Degree
# Minimum 3-years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
# Quality Management, regulatory compliance, TQM/CQI training and experience

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
