**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Daily Property Field Claims Adjuster to provide excellent claim handling services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property field adjusting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily claim work within their designated area, which may include multiple perils.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of property damage to determine the extent of losses
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed claim files
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and discretion
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2-3 years of property field adjusting experience
- Independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state
- Experienced in wind, hail, theft, fire, water losses, and other perils
- Reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, ladder, and other necessary equipment
- Ability to climb roofs and work in various weather conditions
**Working Conditions**
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to claim sites. The ability to work independently and make sound decisions is essential. A willingness to work irregular hours and travel with possible overnight requirements is a plus.
