Job Summary:

IntelliGenesis is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Systems Developer to augment and support course planning and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality courseware materials that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Apply the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process to develop curriculum that meets client needs
  • Develop and maintain courseware materials, including assessments, evaluations, and other supporting materials
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of courseware materials into client systems

Requirements:

  • Level 1:
    • Associate's Degree in a subject matter related to courseware development
    • 1 year of experience applying the ISD process to formal curriculum
  • Level 2:
    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a subject matter related to courseware development
    • CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent
  • Level 3:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a subject matter related to courseware development
    • 3 years of experience applying the ISD process to formal Air Force CO, IO, or Faculty Development courseware
    • CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent
