Your Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Safety: Uphold safety protocols, manage project timelines, and create pre-construction plans. Supervise construction methodologies and site organization.
- Schedule Oversight: Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address challenges.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Organize and manage subcontractors and vendors, conducting regular meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Cost & Time Oversight: Keep precise records of time and expenses, review labor reports, and oversee the Quality Control Program.
- Site Management: Ensure jobsite cleanliness and order, mitigate potential change orders, and finalize projects in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Team Development: Inspire and support your team, promote a culture of learning, participate in onboarding and training, and conduct performance evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a superintendent role, ideally within commercial construction. Experience in K-12 projects is advantageous. Proficiency in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and construction processes is essential.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore is highly desirable.
