You will collaborate with a team renowned for its excellence in research, design, development, and evaluation of advanced information processing hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute testing methodologies and equipment for both standard and specialized devices.
  • Organize and schedule labor, resources, and equipment necessary for testing and assessing devices.
  • Define parameters for sample evaluations and outline tests to be conducted.
  • Gather data from evaluations and interpret results to suggest modifications to testing apparatus, procedures, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Create technical specifications and documentation for testing protocols and outcomes.
  • Conduct evaluations of all customer samples and oversee specialized tests that cannot be performed in the general testing area.
  • Ensure testing processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to incorporate new testing techniques and enhance existing ones.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for testing equipment and methodologies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all testing activities and findings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience in quality assurance engineering, electronic design, mechanical design, or related fields.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of information processing hardware, including microchips, circuit boards, and computer systems.
  • Skilled in developing technical specifications and evaluating hardware configurations and processing solutions.
  • Experience in establishing and performing testing routines for hardware compliance with specifications.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to create and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with system requirement gathering, definition, and functional allocation to hardware and software components.
  • Experience in developing and executing integration plans and procedures for software and hardware testing.
  • Responsible for integration execution and preparation of test documentation.
  • Experience in conducting integration and formal test analysis and documenting results for requirement verification.
  • Experience supporting the planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for Test and Evaluation at the system level.
  • Experience with Combatant Command and Service Level operations and acquisition directorates.
  • Experience in preparing and executing comprehensive subsystem and enterprise-level test plans and procedures.
  • Documenting test requirements and methodologies in the requirements management system.
