Key Responsibilities:

The Nurse Manager for the Operating Room will:
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic nursing team within a growing surgical department.
  • Bring at least 5 years of clinical experience in the Operating Room or Surgery, along with 2 or more years in a leadership role such as Charge Nurse, Coordinator, or Shift Supervisor.
  • Possess a BSN degree and a valid TX RN license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Hold CNOR certification.
