Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Six (6) months' experience in the installation of electronic monitoring equipment or related fields preferred.
- Experience in the corrections sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic monitoring equipment.
- Ability to interpret electronic monitoring messages and daily summaries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation abilities.
- Competence in organizing and managing inventory.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Valid driver's license and safe vehicle operation skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Working Conditions:
This role may involve:
- Regular exposure to various work environments.
- Fieldwork that may require entering challenging or unstable settings.
- Extensive local travel.
- Use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and fax machines.
- Safe operation of a vehicle for equipment delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Oversight Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate electronic monitoring services for contracting agencies.
- Conduct participant orientations to explain program rules as mandated by court orders.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of electronic monitoring devices.
- Report any violations in accordance with agency contracts.
- Collect program payments from participants, ensuring timely reporting of non-payments.
- Maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders involved in service contracts.
Primary Duties Include:
- Completing the intake process with participants, including necessary paperwork and data entry.
- Conducting orientation meetings to clarify program rules and participant responsibilities.
- Installing and removing electronic monitoring equipment in compliance with contractual guidelines.
- Ensuring adequate inventory of equipment and supplies for servicing contracts.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues in collaboration with monitoring operations staff.
- Conducting participant check-ins and maintaining regular communication.
- Collecting payments and managing financial records accurately.
- Performing general administrative duties, including answering phones and managing office supplies.
