Position: Radiologic Technologist - Full Time

Role Overview:

• The radiologic technologist plays a crucial role in supporting invasive cardiac interventions and various procedures conducted in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Interventional Radiology.
  • This professional caregiver is accountable for the well-being of patients during their designated care period, utilizing the nursing process, equipment, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Additional responsibilities may include tasks incidental to the core duties described, ensuring all services align with hospital policies and are delivered with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required, with the expectation to respond to the facility within 20 minutes of notification.

• Operates under direct supervision.

• Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager.

Qualifications:

• An associate degree from an accredited program and registration as a technologist by the A.R.R.T. is required.

• Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field is essential.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
