General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our high-energy studio locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio, while introducing potential prospects to our methods and presenting them with a tailored program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise staff and set the tone in each studio location.
  2. Ensure the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
  3. Introduce potential prospects to our methods and present them with a tailored program.
  4. Orchestrate the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives.
  5. Execute implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals throughout the studio.
  6. Regularly communicate with regional and corporate managers.
  7. Provide leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
  8. Directly responsible for managing all employees of the store.
  9. Participate in 2 weeks of paid training.
