We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at Sewell Cadillac Buick GMC. As a Receptionist/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet customers at the front desk/cashier counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Answer Phones and Assist with Administrative Tasks: Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when answering phones and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle Transactions and Provide Cash Refunds: Compute customer bills, receive customer cash, checks, and credit card payments, and issue accurate receipts to customers.
- Operate Cash Register and Reconcile Cash Drawer: Operate the cash register and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, and refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Assist Service and Parts Department: Assist the service and parts department with telephone coverage and provide clerical and secretarial assistance as needed.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Background Screening: Must complete a background screening and provide all government I-9 requirements.
- Education and Experience: A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
