Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Textile Machine Operator to join our team at Openwork in Inman, South Carolina. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, plus a $0.75 weekly perfect attendance incentive.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate textile machines to produce high-quality products, including weaving, warping, winding, coating, cutting, sewing, baling, carding, drawing, and packing.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor and control the production process to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in textile production or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
