We are looking for a skilled Textile Machine Operator for our textile company in Inman, South Carolina. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating textile machinery to produce high-quality products.



Responsibilities include:




  • Operating textile machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as necessary
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


As a Textile Machine Operator at Openwork, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with a $0.75 weekly perfect attendance incentive. You will also have the opportunity to work a 3rd shift schedule from 12:00 am-8:00 am, Sunday-Thursday.



Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in textile production or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
