Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a broad knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Order Processing: Accurately process and enter orders, quotes, and other customer interactions in our ERP system.
- Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and resolve product or service problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Maintain good communication channels with production and specialists to meet customer deadlines and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Team Collaboration: Assist Specialist II with expediting orders and communications to customers as needed, and partner with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the glass industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and listening skills, ability to work at a fast pace, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: English language proficiency, with Spanish speaking a plus.
Internal candidates who meet the qualification requirements and demonstrate exceptional performance may be eligible for advancement to Specialist I after completing 9 months of customer service experience and meeting specific performance metrics.
