Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Beachfront Condominium Resort in Port Aransas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, with a strong focus on customer service, team leadership, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including staff management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Lead a team of department heads to ensure seamless execution of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Collaborate with the management company to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control resort budgets and P&L to ensure established goals for operational expenses and labor costs are met.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in development and execution of plans for improvement, growth, and expansion.
  • Quickly and effectively address issues that would adversely affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury resorts or condominiums.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service, team leadership, and financial management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, owners, and guests.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
