Position Overview

The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) is seeking a dedicated Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the agency's mission to enhance housing accessibility for low- and moderate-income families in California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection and evaluation of data pertinent to contracts and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, conduct research, and formulate recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Develop engaging presentations and manage logistics for agency events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Lead the analysis of Marketing and Outreach campaign outcomes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including federal and state legislative bodies, to identify opportunities that align with the agency's objectives.
