About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the execution of our culinary recipes, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including seafood, meats, and vegetables, to order and for inventory purposes.
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or in a related culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
