About the Role

As a Data Science and Engineering Intern, you will join our innovative team to work on projects focused on creating a powerful AI platform that uses data from all our operations. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to engage in innovative NLP research, collaborate across teams, and contribute to solving complex challenges in the vehicle servicing industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research to advance the state of the art in NLP, applying findings to enhance our products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve challenging real-world problems using state-of-the-art NLP techniques.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and computer vision, and integrate relevant technologies into our product roadmaps.
  4. Assist in developing, training, and fine-tuning NLP models for applications such as named entity recognition and information retrieval.
  5. Contribute to data processing pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation.
  6. Analyze and interpret model performance, including error analysis and hyperparameter tuning.
  7. Prepare research reports, documentation, and presentations of findings and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive stipend of $60,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
