About the Role

The Arkansas Heart Hospital is looking for an experienced Network Support Expert II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and grow existing operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  2. Participate in meetings as required, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
  3. Adhere to all hospital and departmental safety policies, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required, with a preference for a college degree in IT-related field.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Industry-relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, or Linux (Redhat) are highly valued.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
