As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Assist with direct patient care needs, including activities of daily living, positioning, and mobilization.
- Foster a healing environment by demonstrating respect and kindness to all individuals, with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Contribute to the plan of care through ongoing communication with the RN.
- Assist with patient data and specimen collection, including vital signs, pulse oximetry, and non-invasive blood pressure.
- Support a Culture of Safety by providing a safe and comfortable patient/family experience.
- Certification as a nursing assistant required upon hire.
- Bi-lingual skills preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
