Job Summary:
As a Diagnostic Sonographer at Guthrie, you will utilize high-frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques to aid in medical diagnosis. This role requires a strong foundation in ultrasound technology and excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scanning examinations as requested by referring physicians, modifying the examination as needed based on findings.
  • Assist radiologists and clinicians in special procedures.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure optimal performance and quality control.
  • Provide patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with additional ultrasound training completion from a JRCERT-approved program.
  • Minimum of three months of experience preferred.
