Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, and the Nurse Practice Act. The RN will manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana
- Prefer prior experience in PACU, ED/ER, NICU, ICU, or similar settings with high acuity patients
