Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/ Outpatient Clinic/Full-Time Employment/Melbourne

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, treating each patient with compassion and respect.
Job Responsibilities- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
- Administer injections for Long-Acting Injectables (LAIs) when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide psychoeducation to patients and their families.
- Document services rendered and stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education.
Enjoy an excellent base compensation, monthly productivity bonus, quarterly performance bonus, and additional pay for extra work. Potential earnings exceed $180,000 annually with a 40-hour work week.

Choose from four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week. Offices are open Monday-Thursday, with availability to work additional days via telemedicine for extra pay on Fridays-Sundays. Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved.
