Position Overview: Resident Assistant II

We are currently seeking a Resident Assistant II to take on the vital role of delivering direct care to our residents. Responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal hygiene and medication support or administration, in accordance with state regulations. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to new resident assistants and may oversee shifts in alignment with community standards.

Ideal candidates will have completed the necessary medication training mandated by state laws, with a preference for certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide.
