Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Method Development Scientist to join our global LC-MS Bioanalysis team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and leading complex method development studies to generate high-quality scientific results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a scientific team to conduct complex feasibility/development studies.
  • Implement new techniques and instrumentation to improve bioanalytical operations.
  • Assess interest and feasibility of research projects requiring a high degree of creativity and technical organization.
  • Direct and conduct both fundamental and general application studies in the areas of bioanalytical chemistry.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review the scientific performance of assays.

Requirements:

  • PhD in chemistry or equivalent degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Recognized expert in bioanalytical chemistry.
  • Highly skilled in conducting research, data interpretation, and writing reports.
  • Proven track record of analytical method development.
  • Experience and knowledge of analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, LC/MS/MS).
