Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Station Team Member at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fueling area, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure cash handling environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process sales transactions and maintain inventory levels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
