About the Role

Oxfam America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Talent Officer to lead our Human Resources function and drive business growth through strategic talent management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to develop and execute a comprehensive People Strategy that drives business performance and supports organizational growth.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, employee relations, labor relations, training, and development programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization to influence and support talent initiatives.
  • Develop innovative approaches to talent management and HR challenges, staying abreast of professional standards, trends, and issues affecting this set of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years related HR experience in talent management, employee relations, labor relations, or related HR fields, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in building talent management strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and labor relations.
  • Experience with performance management systems and talent development programs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, including program facilitation and influencing skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
