Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals, as set by management.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of client service experience in a retail environment.
  • 2-3 years of sales and service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales.
Working Conditions

This role requires occasional travel between banking centers, with daily travel not exceeding 60 miles. The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds is also required.
