- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and benefits.
- Financial Performance: Drive profitability through timely, accurate, and compliant financial performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or sales.
- Customer Service: Proven customer service experience.
- License: Valid driver's license and sales license.
- Skills: Strong listening and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, and strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Competitive Pay: Base hourly rate of $16.00, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.
