Job Overview:

  • Evaluate technical drawings, regulations, and manuals to install diverse HVAC systems
  • Install systems for heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant management, and controls
  • Utilize testing equipment to assess electrical circuits and components
  • Connect piping or tubing to sources of fuel, water, or refrigerants
  • Guide clients on the proper operation of newly installed HVAC systems
  • Document project details and inventory of materials used
  • Assemble electrical wiring according to schematics using hand tools
  • Ensure punctuality at job sites
  • Emphasize safety protocols
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Complete required documentation and maintain effective communication with the administrative team

Qualifications:

  • Possess all necessary local and state HVAC certifications
  • Exhibit proficiency in low voltage electrical wiring and high voltage connections
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Have completed an HVAC program with certification or an associate's degree and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sectors
  • Maintain a clean driving record and have dependable transportation
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: $25 - $55 per hour
