About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Performance Coach to join our team at the Savannah River Mill in Rincon, Georgia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes, as well as providing technical expertise to our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure that all crew members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for our cranes, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to identify and resolve technical issues related to crane operation and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our crane operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; industrial crane maintenance experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of overhead crane codes, including OSHA, ASME, and CMAA standards.
  • Experience with multi-meters, meggers, and amp clamps.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Team leadership experience and experience with Magnetek VFDs, Siemens Master drive VFD's, Siemens PLCs, and Allen Bradley PLC's a plus.
