Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU/Hospital Setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and documenting patient status, and administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in regular in-service training and quality assurance activities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Assist in positioning and transporting patients, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Administer medication, IV therapy, and drips as ordered, and record treatment, comments, and notes as necessary.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR/AED card (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- ER and/or ICU experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, 6pm to 6:30 am.
- Competitive hourly wage of $35.
- Shift differential of $3 for nights and $4 for weekends.
- Low nurse-to-patient ratios, leading to better patient outcomes.

This is a PRN night shift position, with rotating weekends and holidays. The Registered Nurse will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care, and will be responsible for assessing and documenting patient status, administering medications and treatments, and participating in regular in-service training and quality assurance activities.
