The Opportunity

This Electrophysiology Specialist position involves providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively build and sustain relationships with customers. They should also be able to demonstrate a thorough command of EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players.

Responsibilities

  1. Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on an as-needed basis.
  2. Demonstrates a thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players.
  3. Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals.
  4. Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next-generation products.
  5. Provides regional EP procedural case coverage.
  6. Provides additional backup support to EP Sales Representatives in the following areas: sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.
