Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Piedmont Augusta Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and supporting our surgical team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing patients for surgery, including positioning and draping
  • Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
  • Help maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in post-operative care and recovery
Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology program
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist or 3 years of surgical tech experience required
  • BLS certification preferred
