Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Inspector to oversee the quality and compliance of our client's underground and aerial plant facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all installations meet the established standards through thorough inspections and corrective actions performed by contractors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed inspections and audits of plant facilities.
  • Document all findings electronically, ensuring accurate records of inspections and pole transfers.
  • Utilize both digital and manual methods for inspections, including printed spreadsheets when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with contractors and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in underground construction and inspection.
  • Familiarity with NESC inspections or experience with aerial cable line crews is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in performing wooden pole ground line inspections.
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and oversee construction contractors.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
