Pharma Program Director

Piper Companies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives into successful program and project delivery. This role requires effective program management, communication, and leadership across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of programs to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee sub-programs and projects to align with strategic goals and organizational standards.
- Partner with project sponsors to ensure proactive program scoping and delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans to ensure strong team and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on product launches and pharma.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and sub-projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various regions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
- 1-year contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.
