Job Description

As a Program Manager at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in delivering our demo vision. Your responsibilities will include planning, defining business process flows, storyboard and demonstrations, as well as supporting, monitoring, and extending our Oracle Retail Omnichannel solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure new demo releases are stable, tested, and documented before release to Sales Consultants.

Maintain clear and shared documentation for all processes and updates.

Participate in customer demonstrations and marketing events to understand usage and proactively suggest improvements.

Provide demonstration support to ensure uptime and reliability.

Prepare and support marketing events by ensuring the demo environment is stable and ready.

Work closely with development teams to rapidly fix issues.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
