Job Title: Financial Clerk

At Randstad USA, we are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to support our finance team. This role is essential to the accurate and timely management of accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify receipts and purchases to ensure correct billing.
  • Prepare and process payment runs according to company schedules.
  • Maintain and update vendor records.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries to maintain positive relationships.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
  • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed.
  • Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on accounts receivable status.

Cash Management System:

  • Ensure daily upload of financial data for accurate tracking.
  • Provide daily updates on invoices and payables due.
  • Forecast daily and weekly cash positions to support financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
