Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of golf carts to ensure they are in good working condition and presentable.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with golf carts, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Schedule and perform routine maintenance on golf carts to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools to support efficient golf cart repair and maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Golf Operations Manager to determine golf cart requirements for daily operations.
  • Assist Outside Operations staff with loading golf bags and equipment onto golf carts.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of golf cart usage for tournaments and events.
  • Participate in annual budgeting for golf cart maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Train and mentor colleagues on proper preventative maintenance techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining gas and electric golf carts.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in golf carts.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with members in a professional and courteous manner.
