Job Summary:

Ranpak is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and descriptions against packing lists.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documents and computer functions within our ERP system.
  • Pull, stage, load, and ship finished materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming orders, examining shipments for quantity and accuracy.
  • Lead inventory control functions, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and control consumable inventory, on-hand balances, and generate replenishment orders.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventories, lead count teams, and reconcile variances as required.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; 2-4 years of previous warehouse and inventory management experience preferred.
  • Warehouse supervisory experience and ERP system experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience with multiple lift/clamp trucks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
