Newborn Hearing Screen Specialist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a skilled Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct newborn hearing screens in a hospital setting, providing accurate and timely results to parents and healthcare providers.
- Enter patient data and validate hearing screen results, ensuring compliance with hospital and company protocols.
- Assist with confirming or rescheduling outpatient appointments, as needed.
- Help maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three months of related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays.

The pay for this position ranges from $23.88 per hour, based on years of relevant experience.
