Family & Children's Services seeks a skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to child and adult clients with mental health issues, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders.
- Meet clients where they are in terms of current mental health symptoms and treatment preferences.
- Provide med reconciliation and coordinate care with primary care providers.
- Collaborate with community partners to deliver comprehensive services.
- Gather and complete CCBHC data metrics as determined.
Requirements
Education: Associates degree or better in Nursing.
Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with child and adult populations, knowledge of CCBHC data metrics, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
