Drain System Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drain System Specialist to join our team at Lawrence Plumbing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential drain systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential drain systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, including a clean company truck and up-to-date inventory.
- Properly complete paperwork and participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, and maintain certifications as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certifications a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
