  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery setting, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Meet the requirements for CT Registered Nurse Licensure and have one year of recent Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery or equivalent experience.
  • Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation certification (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
  • Fetal Monitoring Certification (C-EFM) is preferred.

Requirements:

  • CT Registered Nurse Licensure
  • One year of recent Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery or equivalent experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation certification (NRP)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire
  • Fetal Monitoring Certification (C-EFM) preferred

Salary Range: $56.21 Hourly
