About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our device labs, ensuring seamless automated testing for cutting-edge features in development for our Creativity applications. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop critical infrastructure and services that directly impact the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage device labs equipped with current and next-generation Apple hardware
  • Continuously run automated testing for features in development
  • Develop and maintain test automation infrastructure
  • Collaborate with development teams to define, develop, and deploy test automation
  • Strong working knowledge of macOS and iOS hardware and software
  • Experience testing applications and triaging issues on iOS and macOS
  • Experience managing test automation across numerous physical hardware devices
  • Strong software and hardware debugging skills
  • Proficient in Python, Golang, or similar languages
  • Experience with Xcode/XCTest and Swift
  • Experience working on Unix/Linux based platforms
  • Computer Science fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling macOS and/or iOS lab infrastructure
  • Understanding of performance testing methodologies and strategies
  • Experience with software development processes
  • Experience with Apple's Video applications
  • Experience with OS virtualization
  • Experience with CI/CD process and adjacent tools
  • Experience with DevOps tech stack/tools

At Apple, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $136,300 to $248,700, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
