At Radisson Blu Fargo, we're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee drinks and food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Serve: Greet all customers with a friendly smile and provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customer.
  • Order Taking: Take food and drink orders and understand the food and beverage menu to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items.
  • Coffee Preparation: Have an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks.
  • Order Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter orders into the POS system.
  • Order Fulfillment: Receive and prepare orders sent through from the POS system.
  • Counter and Table Maintenance: Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Food Service Regulations: Knowledge of food service regulations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance with brand standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Excellent conflict-resolution skills.
  • Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Task Management: Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
