Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Rutter's by synthesizing complex financial information and creating meaningful reporting and interpretation. This position is a vital link in the information chain as accuracy and application of analytical principles will impact strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify areas for improvement across Rutter's companies.
  • Monitor business trends and provide ongoing support to all organizational levels and segments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range growth plans.
  • Perform special project work and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
  • Provide management reports based on functional areas of responsibility.
  • Identify expense areas and make recommendations for cost reductions.
  • Develop and implement solutions for capturing and reporting financial information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis is preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling is preferred.
